Personal Support Programme

The Personal Support Programme (PSP) is designed to provide specific assistance to eligible jobseekers that would be unable to benefit from Job Network services.

The focus of the PSP is individual counselling, advocacy, assistance with goal setting and practical support; along with referring and assisting people to access specific services to meet their individual needs.

What can we do for you?

Each person in the Personal Support Programme can expect consistent personal support from an experienced and skilled worker. We recognise the individual needs and difference of each person referred to our PSP. We can help you to identify and overcome barriers to employment and participation in the community by providing and/or accessing services for you in a range of areas including:

  • Accommodation
  • Health and Medical Services
  • Advocacy
  • Organising Finances
  • Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation

TRAINING

  • Employment Preparation
  • Personal Development
  • Literacy and Numeracy
  • Computer Literacy

EMPLOYMENT

  • Identifying Job Goals
  • Resume Services
  • Voluntary Work
  • Education
  • Referral and support to access other employment programs
  • Work Experience
