Certificate I in Information Technology

This course is designed to cover key concepts of computing, their practical applications and usage in the workplace and society in general. The course is comprised of 7 modules as follows:

Basic Information Technology concepts
File Management
Word processing
Spreadsheets
Databases
Presentations
Internet and Email

Certificate I in IT is a pre-requisite for all other Certificate courses in the IT training package, and is equivalent to the computer requirements from the Business Services Training Package.
