Counselling and Psychological Services

The Counselling and Psychological Services (CAPS) at SA Career Consultants primarily specialise in assessing and treating individuals with diagnosed/undiagnosed Mood Disorders and/or Anxiety Disorders, as well as other individual issues and concerns. Sometimes individuals may have personal issues/difficulties in their lives that they may like to talk about. Our Counsellors and Psychologists can assist with:

• Anxiety issues/panic attacks
• Depression/depressed moods
• Many types of phobia, ie social, fear of heights, closed spaces
• Bipolar disorder, compulsive and psychiatric disorders
• Emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Low self confidence and self esteem
• Anger/aggression issues
• Communication and conflict difficulties
• Other personal and relationship issues
